Denim lounge chair, designed 1974. Consiting of two cushions sitting on a painted white wooden base with steel back support. TRÄNS first appears in the IKEA catalogue in 1970 in a brown corduroy but was later produced in denim after founder Ingvar Kamprad supplied IKEA designers with over 5km of denim fabric to experiment with. Dismantles for shipping.
